fileWhat this site collects
The site is static HTML. The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and capacity purposes. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic - pages visited, approximate location, device type; it sets analytics cookies under Google's privacy policy. We don't use the data for advertising. You can change or withdraw this choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Declining or withdrawing analytics removes SuperMotion GA cookies from this domain and stops further analytics collection in this browser.
calendarBooking
When you book a call, scheduling runs on Calendly. Calendly receives the name, email, and any notes you enter, under Calendly's own privacy policy. We use that information only to prepare for and hold the call.
databaseAsynchronous brief
When you send the brief on the Book a Call page, the form sends the details you entered to a server-side Cloudflare Worker. The Worker stores them in SuperMotion's private Notion CRM so we can review and reply to the request. The Notion credential is never sent to your browser. We do not add form submissions to a mailing list.
🔤Third-party requests
Pages load one font family from Google Fonts and, after consent, the Google Analytics script. The booking page embeds Calendly. The asynchronous brief contacts a Cloudflare Worker only when you submit it, and the Worker stores the request in Notion.
banYour rights
If we hold anything about you - usually just booking correspondence - you can ask what it is, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it, and we will. EU residents: this is your GDPR right; for everyone else, it's the same deal anyway.
