The method.

Five steps, in order, every time. No discovery phase that lasts a quarter, no deliverables you can't open. Every Friday you see the work.

Step 1 · Week 0

Diagnostic

A 30-minute call plus read-only access to your current setup. We map where the last build failed - architecture, ownership, or training - and put the cause in writing before you spend anything.

You receive
Step 2 · Week 1

Architecture

One source of truth per object: clients, projects, docs, people. Designed on paper first and approved by you before a single database is created. This is the step self-builds skip - and the reason they die.

You receive
Step 3 · Weeks 2–3

Build

Databases, views, permissions, templates, agents. Built in a staging teamspace so your team keeps working undisturbed. Demoed to you every Friday - progress you can click, not a status report.

You receive
Step 4 · Week 4

Migration

Your real data, moved and verified. No "we'll migrate later" - later never comes, and a workspace without your data is a demo, not a system.

You receive
Step 5 · Weeks 5–6

Training

Two sessions: one for the team, one for admins. Then four weeks of adoption measurement - weekly active editors per team, tracked, not assumed.

You receive
We cap active engagements at three. If we're full, you get a start date, not a waitlist.

Start with step one.

The diagnostic is free and ends in a written assessment either way.
